Return Eligibility

Returns or refunds of services purchased are subject to the following conditions:


1. Pre-Onboarding Eligibility Only:


Refund requests are only eligible

prior to the completion of the onboarding call

. Once a client has completed the onboarding call and gained access to Gr8t Digital systems, CRM, training, or campaign materials, no refunds will be provided. The onboarding call represents the formal start of service delivery under our contract.


2. Non-Performance of Service (Conditional Guarantee Clause):


If specific performance guarantees outlined in your signed agreement are not met

and you have fully complied with all client responsibilities

, a review may be conducted at the conclusion of the contract term (as defined in the contract).


3. Errors in Service Provision:


If there is a significant deviation from the agreed-upon service specifications or objectives caused by Gr8t Digital LLC (excluding client-side non-compliance), eligibility for remedy may be reviewed.


Requesting a Return

If you believe your case falls under points 2 or 3:

Notification: You must notify us within 10 days after the contract term concludes or the performance window expires (as per your signed agreement).Documentation: Provide detailed evidence of non-performance or error, along with supporting documents (e.g. service logs, communication history).

Process and Investigation

Upon receiving your return request:

Review: We will conduct a thorough review of the case, including an assessment of service delivery records, client adherence to responsibilities, and usage logs.Response: A decision will be communicated within 30 days of receiving your complete request.


Refunds and Compensation

If a return request is approved under point 2 or 3:

Refund: Any applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.Compensation: In some cases, we may offer service extensions or adjustments instead of a monetary refund.


Exceptions

The following do not qualify for any refund:


Completion of Onboarding Call: Once onboarding is completed, no refund requests will be accepted.Client-Side Non-Compliance: Failure by the client to attend scheduled calls, implement agreed recommendations, maintain necessary tools/accounts, or delays caused by client actions.External Factors: Market shifts, advertising platform policy changes, or force majeure events.
